Walmart Puts Youtube Channel in the Hands of Mad Box

And the result? Tens of millions of views.

Agency power houses Studio Squared and The Martin Agency pulled in the combined efforts of production company Spang TV, post shop Mad Box, and audio company Red Amp Audio to deliver dozens of fresh new content to their newly launched "Gatherings" and "Hacks" YouTube channels. Led by director, and founding partner of Mad Box, Chris Allen Williams, and lensed by director of photographer Jamie Prescott, the content was produced over the course of a 45 day stretch. Spang TV led the production, which consisted of two days of break neck speed filming for each round of new content. While the "Gatherings" channel offers up longer episodes with accompanying 30 second "spot style" episodes, the "Hacks" channel reaches out to all of the social platforms. Some delivered to Vine, Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, and with some even appearing in the Walmart in store Smart Network.

Due to the speedy delivery times and tight deadlines, every new round of episodes had every team member at Mad Box and Red Amp involved. It was truly a massive collaborative and creative endeavor. Due to this being the first of it's kind for this channel, the Mad Box teams got to work closely in some of the style and development with the Studio Squared and Martin team, lead by creative director David Parrish, art director Warren Fix, copywriter Chris Scott and senior broadcast producer Julie Lefton.
